From downtown Vancouver the North Shore appears as a tranquil oasis; roof lines lead to old brick chimneys that peak through towering trees and direct us to something greater above in the snowy-capped mountains. On the surface a simpler time and place cries out. But underneath lies a complexity and diversity that continuously challenges people physically, mentally and spiritually. Only a few dare to, or more importantly, wish to escape the community. More than 150,000 people live in the North Shore's three municipalities West Vancouver, North Vancouver City and the District of North Vancouver.

	Managing Editor Justin Beddall 604-903-1005	Justin Beddall was appointed editor of the North Shore Outlook newspaper in 2006 after working for the paper for several years as an award-winning reporter. Beddall, who grew up in North Vancouver, now lives in Deep Cove.
	Creative Services Manager Doug Aylsworth 604-903-1036	Doug Aylsworth is Creative Services manager of the North Shore Outlook and Real Estate Weekly. He has worked in the newspaper industry for more than 15 years and lives on the North Shore with his family.
	Publisher/Advertising Manager Aaron Van Pykstra 604-903-1022	Aaron Van Pykstra recently joined the North Shore Outlook as publisher/advertising manager and brings extensive sales and business operations experience throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland in retail and real estate.
	Circulation Manager Tania Nesterenko 604-903-1011	Tania Nesterenko was recently appointed Circulation Manager of the North Shore Outlook newspaper. She started with the paper in 2001 as a Zone Manager.
