If B.C. is the “best place on earth,” and New Westminster is the best place in B.C., and the New Westminster Public Library is the best inside space in town in terms of staff, resources and ambience, then does that mean NWPL is the centre of the universe?
I know it is often the centre of mine! October is National Library Month. Why don’t you “check it out”?
