A total of 38 City of New Westminster employees earned more than $100,000 last year. The schedule of employee remuneration and expenses, which only lists employees earning greater than $75,000, has city administrator Paul Daminato the top wage earner at $188,431. Police chief Lorne Zapotichny was also up there with a $171,668 paycheque while former deputy fire chief James Cook brought in $172,743.
