Queen’s Park will be the site of CTV’s Tamara’s Super Block Party on July 15. CTV cameras and sports personality Perry Solkowski will join Taggart as the CTV British Columbia five and six-o-clock newscasts cut away to feature activities and events from the party. The block party is near the picnic shelter and bandshell in Queen’s Park from 4 to 7 p.m. Mr. Mikes is providing food for the event. The first 1,500 get free food. mmcquillan@newwestnewsleader.com
