Fin Donnelly, NDP MP for New Westminster, Port Moody and Coquitlam, finished a 25-day trip down the Fraser River in support of this year's higher-than-expected Sockeye salmon run.
Donnelly, who travelled by foot, canoe and raft during the trip, met with communities along the Fraser to discuss strategies to ensure this year's run was not an anomaly.
