The Brampton Excelsiors will be the New Westminster Salmonbellies opponent in the 2009 Mann Cup.

The Excelsiors edged the Peterborough Lakers 9-8 Wednesday to capture the Ontario championship in six games.

The best-of-seven series to Canadian senior men’s lacrosse supremacy will begin next Friday (Sept. 4) at Queen’s Park Arena.
