Halloween house of horrors
Chico Aravena emerges from beyond the grave at the house of horrors he’s constructed behind his home on Elford Street, at Holmes, in Burnaby. The scene includes a creepy crypt, a zebra-drawn hearse and a haunted cathedral. He’s been putting up the display for 12 years, adding to it and enhancing it every year. The scene comes alive with eerie music, lights and fog every night through Halloween at 6 p.m.
