Burnaby Board of Trade members came through after receiving a call for help from the Progressive Housing Society last week.
The society was in dire need of bottled water and sunscreen to hand out to its homeless clients. In response, BCIT donated sunscreen, Naturland Products pitched in 30 to 40 flats of water and another member will contribute a small supply of toiletries.
Progressive Housing will be at Lougheed Town Centre until Friday, raising money for its homeless outreach programs.
