for the Retired held a Volunteer Appreciation luncheon for its teachers, directors and other volunteers. The college offers courses in computers, languages, music, genealogy, creative arts, bridge and English as a second language. All this is done with only one paid office person and many dedicated volunteers. Especially honoured for their long service were Judy Iwabuchi, Ikebana Teacher and Babe Diwell, a former director.
