Youth Centre garage sale brought in funds for youth programming

On Saturday, June 27 the Bowen Island Youth Centre held a garage sale where we were able to raise close to $600 for programs for the youth of Bowen Island. I would like to thank all of the individuals who donated items for the sale: all of the members of the community who came down and made a purchase to help support the Youth Centre; all of the youth who took time on their Saturday to come and lend a hand – Brajit Bacon, Iona Buchan, Kat Bernards and Noah Pryce-Jones – youth auxiliary workers who volunteered their time to have the garage sale run smoothly. Thank you for all the support.
