The Chilliwack secondary school cross-country team travelled up the freeway to take part in the Coquihalla Classic in Hope last week.
Led by Charles Dick, the CSS runners placed third overall.
Dick clocked in at 14th overall, followed closely by Caleb Scheier in 15th.
Anthony Dick, Cody Esau and Aaron Angers turned in solid performances.
In the junior boys category, Zach Flemming placed 13th overall.
Laurel Dick and Nicole Ell provided the female representation for CSS.
The CSS crew runs in the Fraser Valley Championships tomorrow at the Hope Golf and Country Club.
