Green Light Adventures still has room for inline hockey and indoor soccer players for the fall-winter season

The season starts Sept. 23 and continues until the end of March.

All games are played at the Landing Sports Centre on Wednesday evenings in regular time slots.

Players are placed according to ability as opposed to age. As a general guideline, the atom inline hockey division is usually for six to nine-year-olds. The peewee division is typically for nine to 12-year- olds and the bronze division is for 13 to 18-year-olds plus recreational adult players.

The silver division is for adults and elite youth players. Silver is played with an inline puck while other divisions use a hockey ball.

To encourage female registrants, there is a 50 per cent discount for first time players.

Adults are encouraged to register and play on teams with their kids, and there will be several father-son combos in the bronze division.

GLA is also offering inter-generational soccer for recreational adults, seniors, and youths ages 10 to 18. Each team will be a mixed-age group. Gretzky and Equalizer rules will apply to keep the games fun and close.

Register at Cheam Sports.
