The Mission Hotspurs played an exciting game against the GEU Blackjack this past Sunday under sunny skies.

Both teams were just coming off wins from the week before and were eager for more action.

The Hotspurs got things started early with goals coming from Landon and Branden.

With tensions high to start the second half, Mission added fuel to the fire by going up 3-0. The GEU Blackjack appeared to have ambitions for a comeback but were shot down quickly when Eric scored his second goal of the game.

Eric went on to complete a hat trick, while Branden shot in his second on a penalty shot in the final 20 minutes of play in Mission’s 6-0 victory.

The U18 Mission Hotspurs remain undefeated with a 2-0 record. They play at home this upcoming Sunday on field five at the Mission Sports Park. Kickoff is at 12 p.m. This will be an exciting game, as the Hotspurs fight to keep their undefeated record alive.
