Harrison's swimming lagoon is a disgrace. It needs to be restored to a clean, safe swimming facility. The weeds, algae, swimmer's itch and coliform must be removed. With over 30 years of experience dealing with the lagoon, I can do all this and will do it if the Village will just give me the go-ahead to get started.
I have offered to invest around $80,000 in the necessary specialised equipment and to start almost immediately if the Village gives me a contract as per my offer of services (which is available to anyone who wants a copy).
