Fraser Health has informed 600 patients their personal information was compromised when an unencrypted laptop computer was stolen from Burnaby Hospital Aug. 21.
The computer contained names, birth dates and personal health care numbers of patients who had their breathing rates tested in the hospital's respiratory department.
