One-point loss in rematch

Abbotsford’s Blue Corner boxer Dan Csaszar is back from Taber, Alberta with another great fight under his belt and a promise for a rematch.
The Taber boxing event had five amateur fights and five pro fights scheduled. Csaszar’s opponent was Tanner Wilson, the home town boy in Taber. They had fought before at the B.C. Golden Gloves, and Csaszar had a clear point victory, 27-12.
After the win he was invited to Taber for a rematch, and took the challenge.
The first round went to the host. The second round was all Csaszar. The third round could have gone either way, and the fourth round was also a big question mark. In the end, Csaszar won by one point. Right after the fight, he promised to meet Tanner again. So, Csaszar continues to prepare for his next fight.
The Blue Corner Boxing Club now trains out of the Ag-Rec show barn on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
