Alumni slide past Cardinals

Brad Ferraro lays the tag on Aidan McVea during the Abbotsford Cardinals’ annual alumni game on Sunday at Delair Park. Ferraro and the alumni squad showed the current crop of Cards that experience counts for something, winning 7-5. The Cards continue their pursuit of a Premier Baseball League playoff spot this week, as they visit the Langley Blaze for a pair of games on Saturday and host the Nanaimo Pirates in a Sunday doubleheader.
