Grade 3 and 4 students from Abbotsford’s Terry Fox Elementary School, participated in a test project of the SportFit program. The program, which was run in conjunction with 2010 Legacies Now, had Grade 5 students leading one of eight exercise stations. The participants tried their hands at basketball throw, vertical jump, T-drill, partial curl-ups, stork stand, sit and reach (pictured above) and two timed running drills.
