Eat! Fraser Valley is a place for both the culinary expert and those who just want to enjoy trying new recipes with their families. If the crowd on midday Saturday was any indication there was definitely something for everybody at this year's event. From informative seminars by the Dairy Farmers of Canada on the great taste of cheese, to Food Network's Celebrity chefs like David Rocco and Ned Bell to a host of vendors with a wide variety of impressive food products and utensils; this show certainly had the right mix for the large crowd. The show continues Sunday from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Tradex at Abbotsford Airport. And don't forget there are also a wide range of specialty booths representing some of best restaurants in the Fraser Valley - and yes there are plenty of dishes and spirits to sample. As Julia Child would say Bon Appetit!
