Dial-a-dope supply crew busted

Abbotsford Police arrested two men suspected of supplying dial-a-dope operations early Wednesday.

Patrol officers got word of two individuals running drugs in the city centre, said Const. Ian MacDonald.

Police stopped the suspected vehicle on Bevan Avenue near Ware Street around 3 a.m. and discovered $1,500 cash and 50 baggies of crack.

It was a significant amount of drugs, said MacDonald.

"It appears the vehicle we stopped was a supply vehicle for several dial-a-dope lines."

The two men arrested are facing drug trafficking charges.
