The Seniors Clinic holds free health seminars for people of all ages throughout July.
All sessions are held at the new Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre.
The topics for June are:
– heart failure – the last two portions of a three-part session are on July 10 and 17 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.;
– falls – a three-part session on July 13, 20 and 27 from 12:30 to 2 p.m.;
– pain – a three-part session on July 13, 20 and 27 from 2:30 to 4 p.m.;
– bone health – July 15, 11 a.m. to noon;
– memory – July 24, 1 to 2:30 p.m.; and
– sleep – July 24, 3 to 4 p.m.
