Pair of UFV plays added to Harrison festival’s lineup

Two hit productions from this year’s UFV Theatre department’s Directors’ Theatre Festival will take to the stage at the Harrison Festival of The Arts on July 14.
Life is a Cafeteria Old Chum, a selection of four short plays covering love, death, betrayal, relationships the male anatomy, and government secrets, will partner Almost Maine, a quirky love story whose characters experience the joys, heartache and laughter that come hand in hand in this midwinter night’s dream.
Life is a Cafeteria Old Chum is directed by UFV Theatre department production manager Sandy Tait and Almost Maine by UFV theatre directing student Megan Brooking.
This fun evening of entertainment will begin at 8.30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14 in the Harrison Memorial Hall.
