The ParticipACTION Sun Life – Inspire the Nation tour comes to Abbotsford on Monday, July 20 at Rotary Stadium from noon to 3 p.m.
The public is invited to visit the “Inspiration Booth” to get a free pedometer and record a video about how they have added movement into their lives. Each video will be made into a “commercial” that can be e-mailed to family and friends.
Each video will also be uploaded to ParticipACTION’s online Wall of Inspiration.
