Team building at business excellence

The Drum Cafe has performed in more than 16,000 events in 29 countries for over 40 per cent of the world’s top companies.

The group makes its Abbotsford debut at the 13th annual Abbotsford Business Excellence Awards presented by Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce and the Abbotsford News on Nov. 12 at the Ramada Plaza and Conference Centre.

In addition to honouring recipients in 10 awards categories, the awards night will be an opportunity for businesspeople to bring their staff to enjoy an entertaining evening of team building with the inspirational and energetic Drum Cafe presentation.

The Business in Black dance team, a group of community leaders choreographed by Abbotsford Police Const. Mary Boonstra, is also returning with a new set of steps.

The event features dinner and runs from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Tickets are $65 per person. Tables of eight are available for $520.

Nominees can purchase two discounted tickets for $55 per person.

Tickets are available online at www.abbotsfordchamber.com.
