Authors Graeme Gibson and Margaret Atwood will appear tomorrow (Dec. 1) at Capilano University.
The authors will appear through the university's Pacific Arbour Speaker Series to promote their two new releases.
Atwood's latest book, The Year of the Flood (McClelland & Stewart, 2009) made the 2009 Giller Prize longlist.
Gibson's new release, The Bedside Book of Beasts (Doubleday, 2009) is the companion to his besteller, The Bedside Book of Birds.
The event takes place at the Capilano Performing Arts Theatre, 2055 Purcell Way, North Vancouver. 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $15-$18. Info: www.capilanou.ca or 604-990-7810.
