VCON preview show opens in Port Moody

Science fiction artwork by Port Coquitlam’s Apis Teicher is part of a new show that opens on Saturday at Gallery Bistro in Port Moody.

The group that also includes Nancie Green, Melissa Duncan, Kevin Chase, Rebecca Tsang, Natorra Ferguson, Carolyn Bruce and Lynne Fahnestalk is displaying its pieces in advance of VCON, Vancouver’s science fiction, fantasy and games convention in October.

The opening reception is from 7 to 9 p.m. at the bistro (2411 Clarke St.).
