Billy Hsueh has been awarded the 2014 Pacific Coast Association of Magicians Gold Medal Award of Excellence for Close up Magic.

The Surrey magician was given the award on Aug. 3 at the association's awards banquet at the Executive Plaza Hotel in Coquitlam.

Hsueh has won two other awards in the last three years. He is the 2013 Silver Medalist in the Pacific Coast Association of Magicians Platform magic category, the 2012 Stan Kramien Showmanship Award of Excellence winner and the winner of The Vancouver Magic Circle’s Dick Gardner 2011 Award for Close-up Magic.

Billy says magic is a very special thing, something that everyone could use a little more of in their lives.

Hsueh entertains at functions from simple private parties to large corporate events. Some of these include weddings, hospitality suites, trade shows and many corporate parties.
