A dynamic Quebecois trio is headed back to Qualicum Beach for a house concert August 2.

De Temps Antan features the high energy and talents of Éric Beaudry, André Brunet and Pierre-Luc Dupuis, known for taking historic Quebecois music and giving it their own, modern spin. De Temps Antan have been together since 2003 and play  fiddle, accordion, harmonica, guitar, bouzouki and a number of other instruments, including their feet.

The group tells stories and injects humour into their performances, and has been well received by local audiences at previous shows, including a standing ovation and enthusiastic applause in February at St. Stephen’s Church.

De Temps Antan will play a house concert at the Beaton residence Aug. 2 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $25 available from the Vintage Candy Shop in Qualicum Beach.
