A new group exhibit by graduates of Emily Carr University of Art + Design will be up in Port Moody next month.

The display, titled Making a Scene, is by artists who have ties to the city, said Helen Daniels who is showing the work in her Gallery Bistro (2411 Clarke St.) until Aug. 16.

The opening reception for the show is next Friday from 7 to 10 p.m., with artists Gayle Arnold, Jennifer Chernecki, Emily Boulton and Matthew Knockaert in attendance.
