The paintings of Richard Reiner will form a new exhibition at Gateway Theatre in April.

Reiner discovered his love for painting after retiring as an instructor at Langara College. Many of the longtime resident’s paintings focus on Richmond, including one series whose subject is Finn Slough.

The artwork can be spied by audiences of the upcoming Gateway Theatre show The Grandkid, which runs April 10 to 26.
