Marc Cheneval, Thomas Evoy, Michelle Chen and Kalicia Bateman are among the music students at Dr. Charles Best secondary who will take part in the Coquitlam school’s third annual Kids’ Music Fun Night.

Proceeds from the fundraiser on March 7 will go to the music department.

Teacher Brent Hughes said children aged three to eight will get a chance to try out instruments, hear from the band and choir as well as snack on pizza and treats.

And parents need not worry about leaving their kids for four hours as many students have completed babysitting courses, he said.

The cost is $15 per child and $25 for two kids (children must be potty trained). To sign up, email Hughes at charles.best.music@gmail.com.
