Family fun day at Nikkei

Limber up those fingers.

The Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre will be hosting its 10th annual Rock Paper Scissors family games day on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2-5 p.m.

Kids and their families will be able to try more than 20 traditional Japanese heritage games and toys like cup & ball, kite-making, beanbags and sumo wrestlers. But the highlight of the day is the rock-paper-scissors tournament with prizes for those with the fastest fingers and most clever strategy.

Admission is $5 or $4 if purchased in advance, but accompanying adults and kids under two are free.
