Fifty Shades of Grey has returned to Vancouver, and filming resumed at various city spots on Thursday. Shots were capture by B.C.-based photo blog YVRShoots and the Huffington Post B.C.

First, actor Jamie Dornan (starring in the film as Christian Grey) and his character's Audi were filming in Stanley Park. And then, at night, actress Dakota Johnson (starring as Ana Steele) shot scenes for her character with Dornan in Gastown.

Vancouver is posing as Seattle for the film, and UBC was previously set-up to trade Thunderbirds for Cougars, standing in for Washington State University.

Earlier this month, rumours circulated from websites EFE and The West Australian had said Fifty Shades of Grey was leaving Vancouver indefinitely – perhaps permanently – film in Miami instead, due to poor weather in British Columbia.
