Sweeney Singers' concert raises funds for typhoon relief efforts

The Sweeney Singers hold their annual Christmas benefit concert on Thursday, Dec. 19 at Bakerview Church (2285 Clearbrook Rd.) at 7:30 p.m.

Proceeds go to the relief efforts for survivors of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

The Sweeney Singers are a 10-member group who have been singing for charitable causes in the Fraser Valley for 24 years.

This concert includes traditional carols, folk and jazz arrangements.
