Just Us plays the Legion

Head to the Parksville Legion this Saturday for some big sound.

The Just Us Dance Orchestra will be performing a variety of music from classic big band swing to polkas and rock standards.

“Our music and The legion are a perfect fit for dances,” said piano player Dave Bird.

Some of the region’s finest musicians will be performing, including Bill Cave on trumpet, Wayne Fenucan on percussion, Gerry Klaasen (conductor of the Nanaimo Concert Band) on Bass and Dave Bird on piano. The orchestra has 12 members.

The event starts at 7:30 p.m. on November 2 and cover is $10

The Parksville Legion is located at 146 West Hirst Ave.
