Juried erotic art show in Kelowna deadline approaching
The Okanagan Erotic Art Show takes place at Sparkling Hill Resort, July 5 to Aug.2.
Opening night is Friday July 5t from 7-10 p.m. Once again, a third of the proceeds will be donated to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association.
There will be cash prizes for People's Choice, and also for the Resort's choice, $250 each, presented that evening.
The opening will include music and dancing, and organizers are still in the market for a sponsor for the band. In return, the sponsor will get a two page spread in the colour catalog, and the sponsor is more than welcome to include their thoughts on the Erotic Show, and why they are interested in supporting it.
The catalog goes to the National Library, so it's a great piece of Okanagan and Canadian Art History in the making.
The catalog is starting to get under way, so if you are thinking of jumping in, please contact Julia Trops before March 30.
All types of work are welcome including writing, multi-media, costumes and more.
