Country legends to play at Capitol Theatre

A pair of “Country Legends” is coming to the Capitol Theatre this Friday, Feb. 15.

Appearing before sold-out crowds, David James is arguably North America’s favorite Johnny Cash tribute act.  Taking the stage with his own three-part band, Big River, James has the stage presence and the characteristic sound of Johnny Cash nailed down.

“It’s not only about the voice”, says Dave.  “It’s about living and breathing the man.  I want our audiences to go home feeling like they just observed the man himself.”

Patsy Cline was the first inspiration for singer Bonnie Kilroe. Growing up, she wore out multiple Patsy Cline cassettes during frequent singalongs.

A true entertainer, Kilroe loves interacting with the audience—the more, the better.

Country Legends hits the stage at 7:30 p.m. (doors open at 7 p.m.). Tickets are $35 and available at the Capitol box office, Rollin Art Centre and at the door.
