Passages coming to Mission
No passport required when Ballet Kelowna performs Passages at the Clarke Theatre April 16 at 7:30 p.m.
Passages is a show that takes the audience on a journey through Spain, Russia, England and then home to Canada, captivating the audience with a mosaic of classical and contemporary dance.
Ballet Kelowna, operating since 2002, offers performances that are intimate and carefully crafted. The power, grace, beauty and athleticism of the dancers prove their commitment to excellence. This is the fourth ballet in Mission presented by AEM Alexis Event Management.
Tickets for this Mission premiere are available at the Clarke Theatre, the Mission Leisure Centre, Jazz-Ma-Tazz in Abbotsford and Maple Ridge, and at the Fraser Valley Academy of Dance Studios on First Avenue in Mission. Partial proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Culture Kids, a new fund established and administered by the Cultural Resources Commission that helps to offset costs of cultural activities for children.
