Goal-setting author to speak at Coles West Shore

Coles bookstore hosts the author of Be That Girl for a book signing and chat tomorrow (Jan. 16) at West Shore Town Centre.
Alberta author Tina O'Connor will talk about enhancing your life and achieving your goals. Her book covers such topics as five-year-plans, recycling and composting, using Feng Shui and ways to reduce stress.
O'Connor will be in the mall, 2945 Jacklin Rd., from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
