Enjoy music al fresco this summer on the Peninsula

Get your lawn chairs and blankets ready — it’s outdoor music season!

Both the Sidney Summer Sounds concert series and Brentwood Music in the Park kicked off this past weekend.

Sidney Summer Sounds, with a jam-packed schedule including Rukus, Four Chords of Wood and the Timebenders takes place Sunday afternoons from 2 to 4 p.m. in Beacon Park. The Brentwood Music in the Park schedule features popular household names like The Archers and and Ridley Bent and the concerts take place every Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 in Pioneer Park.
