Sunset cinema offers science experiments

A complimentary movie under the light of the summer stars is offered through Coastal Community’s Sunset Cinema series.

Movie-goers in Nanaimo will get the chance to see family favourite Frozen on July 12 at Maffeo Sutton Park.

Also making an appearance at the event will be the Nanaimo Science and Sustainability Society’s interactive science activities. The demonstrations will take their cue from Sunset Cinema’s films – think science experiments using building blocks and dry ice – as The Lego Movie is screened in other Island cities.
