A Day of the Arts on May 28

Coquitlam's Place des Arts will host a special Day of the Arts next Wednesday for students in kindergarten to Grade 5 during the teachers' strike in SD43.

The Maillardville centre will run its program on May 28 from 8:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., with after-hours care available until 4:30 p.m.

Parents can pick a block of classes to suit their child: Let’s Make Paper; Drawing and Painting; Drama: Imagination Station; Claymation; Clay Play; Musical Instruments: Explore & Create; Puppet Making; Cartooning; and Hip Hop Fun.
