The Abbotsford branch of the Royal Canadian Legion presented a certificate of appreciation to the Abbotsford Police Department (APD) on Wednesday as part of Police Week (May 11 to 17) in Canada.

The certificate was in honour of the APD's commitment and support to the community.

The APD was also presented with four dozen donuts, donated by Tim Hortons at West Oaks Mall.
