Exchange students coming to Mission this week

This Friday, Heritage Park Secondary School students will be welcoming 25 students from Bluefield High School in Charlottetown, PEI, as part of an exchange program sponsored by the Society for Educational Visits and Exchanges in Canada (SEVEC) and Canadian Heritage.

The PEI students will stay with students and their families for one week during spring break and then 25 B.C. students will visit PEI for one week in May.

While here, students will visit many area attractions including Hemlock Resort, Harrison Hot Springs, the Stave Lake Powerhouse and Hayward Lake. Students will also go to Vancouver to see Stanley Park, Gastown and a Canucks game as well as a day trip to Whistler and Grouse Mountain.
