Students ‘Fill the Jar’ for the Philippines

With the theme of “Fill the Jar” students at North Otter Elementary School raised $625 for the Canadian Red Cross Typhoon Haiyan Fund for relief to the Philippines.

The division 3 students, who were assisted by Otter Co-op and JD Farms, presented the funds to the Red Cross on Friday morning.

The funds will be matched by the Canadian federal government.
