Alberni grannies on the go

The PaGo Grannies will be selling Kazuri Jewelry this Saturday, March 9 from 1–3 p.m. at Char’s Landing on Argyle Street.
This is one of many fundraisers the group conducts throughout the year. Admission is $1.
The handpainted jewelry is imported from Kenya, Nairobi and distributed to grandmother groups across Canada to use as fundraisers for the Stephen Lewis Foundation’s Grandmothers-to-Grandmothers Campaign.
The PaGo Grannies have raised $35,000 since 2006.
