Employment workshops

A series of employment workshops will be held at the New Westminster Public Library on Friday evenings throughout March.
They begin this week, March 1, with creating and updating resumes and cover letters. Interview skills and self marketing will be taught on March 8, with job search strategies and networking March 15 and, finally, understanding the labour market and employer expectations on March 22.
They will run from 6:30 to 9 p.m. To register call Faustin at MOSAIC’s settlement program at 604-438-8214 ext. 112 or by emailing fbilikano@mosaicbc.com.
