The lowdown on downsizing
For those looking to conquer the challenges of downsizing, the New Westminster Public Library is offering a two-part series to answer questions about housing options and what to do with all the accumulated stuff.
On March 5, at 7 p.m., Milinda Schulz of Seniors Voices will talk about housing options, evaluating retirement home living, aging in place, and home care services. The following Tuesday, clutter coach Anna Camporese will talk about how to downsize belongings by supplying tools and tips to help decide what to keep and how to get rid of the rest.
The free programs will be held in the library auditorium. To pre-register call 604-527-4667.
