The New Westminster Public Library’s book club will discuss The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel by Deborah Maggoch on Thursday, Feb. 28 at 7 p.m.
First published as Those Foolish Things, the book follows a group of British pensioners who move to a refurbished hotel in India to save money, but it’s not as luxurious as advertised.
The book was recently turned into a movie starring Maggie Smith and Judi Dench.
