Monk returns to Port Alberni

Lama Geshe YongDong, a Tibetan monk living in Courtenay, returns to the Alberni Valley this Sunday, Feb. 24 to share his knowledge of the “three doors”: body, speech and mind. The session runs from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Abbeyfield House (downstairs), 3839 Eighth Avenue.
